Code of Conduct
Last updated: 11 October 2026.
This is how Skippr Data Ltd expects anyone working for or with us to behave.
Customers and data
- We only access customer systems with permission, and only as far as the job needs.
- We do not snoop. We do not copy customer data onto personal devices.
- We keep credentials in the place the product is designed to keep them, not in chat logs or email.
- If we make a mistake that affects a customer, we say so.
People
- No harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
- No bribes, facilitation payments, or “gifts” that are meant to buy a decision.
- Conflicts of interest get declared, not hidden.
- We compete on the product, not by lying about other vendors.
Law
We follow UK law, including data protection, employment, tax, and anti-bribery rules. If a customer’s contract is stricter than this code, the contract wins for that work.
Reporting
Raise a concern with hello@skippr.io or through Whistleblowing.
