## Status semantics

- `supported` and `implemented` are current operation readiness labels.
- `planned` is not a callable tenant contract.
- `catalog-only` is not callable because the matrix assigns no readiness.
- `internal` operations are platform-facing even when their readiness is supported.
- All customer-facing Cloud services are Preview; service status does not override operation status.
